He excelled both in the classroom and on the job, where he not only mastered his trade but also mentored fellow apprentices. His work ethic and dedication set him apart, yet he remained humble and focused on achieving his journey-level credential. The Pierce County Roofer’s Apprenticeship Program helps workers succeed by providing higher wages and benefits, equal opportunities, and valuable skills/certificates. By partnering with Clover Park’s Workforce Development Program we are able to offer specialized training that helps to build a foundation for a competitive workforce by responding to business, industry, and community needs.
